Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched from Germany within 1–3 business days and arrive 4–8 business days later.

Our prices include UK VAT, and for orders up to £135 there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for orders over £135.

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Return postage is free, and your refund is made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.
